I’m Director of Product Strategy & UX at Flatpayin Amsterdam, where I lead product strategy and design — setting direction, building the team, and tying design to commercial outcomes. Since I joined, the product team has grown from three people to more than twenty, product NPS has climbed from 25 to 55, and the work helped raise €150M. My focus now is moving the org from startup-style, project-by-project delivery toward durable, empowered teams built on autonomy, speed, and quality.

I came up doing the work. I studied Business Administration at CSU Cal Poly and New Media Design at AAU, then spent over a decade as a product designer and manager — at the self-funded incubator Bebo until it was acquired by Twitch, then leading UX at Loomis Pay on industry-leading design for in-store payments. In San Francisco I co-founded the non-profit ShelterTech to address the technology needs of people experiencing homelessness.

That craft background shapes how I lead: I hire and grow people who can do the best work of their careers, put KPIs and goals in place so teams can decide for themselves, and push AI tooling and upskilling across the org so it becomes real leverage rather than hype. My nickname at Bebo was “The Mailman” — I deliver every day except Sunday.
